Like other women in our Jordanian society, Mrs. Alaa Ghanem tries to be a productive individual, as Alaa designs pillow covers (cushions) in different styles and shapes, as a way to generate financial support for her and her family of six.

During the Corona pandemic and about two years ago, Alaa took advantage of the closure period and worked to develop herself in the field of designing pillow covers, by watching educational videos on YouTube and social networks, where she intensified her practice until she was able to make colorful patterns and bright graphics. She adds it to her previous works, to give the pillows a kind of aesthetic and distinction.

Despite the support that Alaa was receiving from her husband and parents, however, due to the market's lack of appreciation for her work, and the difficulties she was facing in marketing and selling her products, she became frustrated because she did not sell enough of those pieces. Therefore, Alaa sees the CRAFTS MARKET platform as an opportunity for the success of her project, by presenting her unique designs and colorful pillows, hoping that her works will be appreciated and known, which leads to the promotion of her sales.
