For Salma, her parents mean the world to her. She is and always will be grateful for them and for all that they have given her and her siblings. Because of them, she is who is she today and for them, she will continue to improve herself and her small handmade business. Throughout her school years, Salma has always been praised for her great schoolwork, politeness, and performance; she is thankful that her parents have guided her into this path and taught her to be determined, strong, and hard-working. Throughout that time, Salma watched and learned from her mother the skill of hand-knitting and embroidery. As she grew older, she began making her designs, but when she entered university and began to work, she put that hobby on the side since other things distracted her; until she left her job and found that she has a lot of free time on her hands. That was when Salma decided to revive her old passion for hand-knitting; she even learned other sorts of handcrafted skills to be able to have various crafting skills and create a business for herself. Today, Salma designs knit, and creates a mixed selection of crochet pieces, embroidered items, and other handmade items. She plans to expand her business and make her parents, watching her from above, proud.

For Salma, Crafts Market is the effective route to local and international exposure and success. She’s very excited to be among a group of talented craftspeople and to present her items on the platform.
