The art of painting and burning on wood is one of the arts that has been popularly inherited over time, passed down from generation to generation, as it became a source of income for many families for a decent living, relying on their creativity, making their homes ceremonies for creativity and production.

Ayat Al-Samiran graduated from Hashemite University with a specialization in fine arts, and after completing her studies, she participated in a course to learn handicrafts, so she chose to draw on wood by burning to learn.

Ayat says that the craft of drawing by burning on wood is using certain pens similar to a welding machine, where the heat emitted from the tooth of the machine burns wood and gives it different degrees and colors as desired, and adds that this art requires great effort and continuous work until you get a job distinct.

Ayat mastered this craft as she started her small project, published her work on Facebook, and participated as a trainer in youth centers and associations.
