Captain Al-Hardan works in the field of the rescue of ships, as he graduated from an Iraqi university in the field of marine sciences and mechanics. However, despite his harsh experience with the ropes of the boats that bounced one day towards him and collided with his boat, causing severe damage, miraculously survived that incident, which he remembers sadly.
From Aqaba, Al-Hardan started this rope-woven art, starting with huge paintings he produced with love and passion, then with antiques that were well received by the local and international environment. Because of his passion for the craft he created, he tried to help a group of young people to learn it to become a source of income for them. Al-Hardan also contributed to employing laborers from the women of Aqaba to prepare antique accessories such as embroideries, clothes, and tents.
Souvenirs of marine knots are a craft that is unique to Al-Hardan and is found only in the city of Aqaba, where tourists think that his works are ready or imported from Asian countries because of their accuracy and beauty of their details until they see him doing them in front of them, so Al-Hardan tried hard to reach his craft everywhere, whether in Jordan Or internationally, so he participated in many exhibitions and events and then resorted to social media to publish his work, but it did not lead him to the achievement he wanted, until he got to know the CRAFT MARKET platform, stressing that his joining to the crafts market has combined a craft that fascinates customers and a way to publish his craft to the world, hoping for the success he desires from this platform.
