Her designs are inspired by nature, and with her fingers she transform the ostrich eggs paintings that mimic the history of the region, to turn this egg into a masterpiece that tells the stories of successive civilizations and lived here one day.
The artist, Ibtisam Tarabay, started her work in the field of painting on ostrich eggs through the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature, where the Society searched for talents from the Azraq area to start a project to benefit from unfertilized ostrich eggs, but because of her inability to leave the house daily, Ibtisam preferred to work private in the same field, but individually, where she did many drawings on ostrich eggs in different shapes and colors, and participated in many bazaars and exhibitions to display her work. And about her relationship with painting on ostrich eggs, Ibtisam says that she does not consider it a mere job for her to live on, but rather an intimate relationship has developed between her and painting on eggs so that this art becomes a part of her life, and therefore she is trying to spread this craft through her training of incapable housewives on the craft until their number reached about 35 heads of families from the city of Azraq.
The problem of marketing is considered one of the biggest problems that Ibtisam faces in her work, as she aspires to spread her work at the level of the Kingdom and the whole world, so she decided to join the CRAFTS MARKET platform and is confident in the success of her project through this Jordanian platform, which aims to help craftsmen develop their businesses and their projects.
