"When determination and insistence are mixed with art and creativity, success stories are created, as is the story of Mr. Khair al-Qasim, the thirty-year-old who started his journey in his story after returning from Saudi Arabia and the end of her period of work there as a mechanical engineer, where he began his attempts to find a job, despite his experience in the field of design and metal forming, but he did not find any job in this field, so he started thinking about setting up his project to find a source of livelihood for him, but the idea that the project would be in engineering would be very expensive, so Mr. Khair thought of working in the field of wood and shaping it being a less expensive field, and from here he started working and cooperating with woodcarving workshops to cut some of the woods and assemble them manually. Where Khair allocated a room in his house to be his workshop, in which he works to combine some wooden pieces with lighting, to produce antiques and luminous corners of his woodwork.

Mr. Khair mentions that he worked on marketing his products electronically and through his participation in the bazaars and that he received support from the Development and Employment Fund, the Irada Program, and the Awakening Program. And after receiving the support, he worked on developing his home workshop, where he brought machines that would help him complete his work, and after the continuation and success of his work, he established his workshop for wooden antiques, the first of its kind in the Irbid region, and because he was unique in his work, he was hosted on some TV channels as a success story, and that everything he went through helped him succeed and publish his products locally, and that his biggest and greatest step is joining the CRAFTS MARKET platform, because it will support him by publishing his work globally, and he is sure that the platform will provide him with support in the field of developing his work and his success."
