It was in the winter of 2021, when Lina Obeidat began to feel that life was going slower than usual, with a minute passing like an hour and a week like a month. It wasn't a great time for her, especially after returning from studying abroad for a whole year full of excitement and amusement. She was stuck in the problem of the great free time that she was feeling, so she had to search for a way to escape to, as art was her way of survival, whether it was a handmade thing or just a simple painting. Since she was a child, Lina used to watch her mother knit for hours, and she always enjoyed embroidering, and here came the idea of ​​inserting buttons into pictures and drawings, so why not use simple buttons to make special works? Thus, she removed the needle and thread and began creating pieces based only on buttons and beads, as her first work was a horseshoe using simple types of buttons, and this work was admired by friends and family and they encouraged her to take this type of art as a craft and source of income, So she established a company that specializes in turning buttons into works of art, and called her project (Lina's Cute Things), and through it she aims to help the environment by reusing buttons instead of getting rid of them. Lina chose to join the CRAFTS MARKET platform, because of her belief that we live in the world of globalization and technology, and therefore she considers that e-marketing is the best and fastest solution to publish her artwork, in addition to providing all kinds of support to workers in handicraft projects through this national platform with a non-profit goal.
