Losing a child is the hardest experience a parent may go through. Unfortunately, Nisreen, a mother, a wife, and an artist, has been through this difficult experience when her dear daughter passed away. Through painting on glass, Nisreen found it as a way to keep herself distracted and busy. With the full support and encouragement from her husband and family, Nisreen began painting colorful patterns and designs on glass. She learned different techniques and evolved her talents in painting. With time, she began selling these pieces to help cover some of the household’s finances. She hopes that one day her items will be displayed in international galleries. Till today, and for every day, Nisreen’s inspiration has been her daughter, whom through every painting, her memory is remembered.
