Fifty-year-old Jordanian Samira Obeidat, in the prime of her youth, chose to chart a path for her future, bearing in mind that achieving success requires only determination and insisting. Through a fragile straw, the artist Samira was able to impose her name on the list of creative craftswomen by making different products made of straw such as baskets, pots, and antiques.

The beauty of the straw industry is that its cost is low and its profits are rewarding, which helped Samira to enlarge her project with the support of family and friends and to market her products in exhibitions, bazaars, and tourist areas.

Samira wished that she could sell her products outside Jordan, but she does not have any experience in marketing her products, and because she lives in a far place from the companies that provide the service of shipping products globally until she heard about the CRAFT MARKET platform, which takes care of all stages of sales from marketing and description of products and shipping it, she was happy to discover and join this platform, which is rare in any Arab country, hoping for success for her and the platform.
