Throughout his life, artist Walid Al-Tamimi enjoyed the hobby of drawing, but he never practiced it as a profession in this field, but rather took a different direction by studying mechanical engineering, where he worked in this field for a long time in the Ports Corporation, then worked in the field of business, and then moved to the United States And Canada, and he began working in the art world by doing painting and sculpting works, and he also held an art exhibition in which he participated in his paintings and distinguished works.
After his return to Jordan, Walid participated in the Association of Jordanian Plastic Artists and joined the Association (Color it with Hope) as a founder and an active member. He also participated in artistic forums in most Arab and European countries, where he left an impact by sharing his works in all the countries he visited. Walid received support from the Ministry of Culture so that he could continue his achievements in the world of art and drawing, and in turn he was helping many groups of society such as cancer patients, Down syndrome and the elderly, by visiting them wherever they were and teaching them art and drawing so that they could empties their energies across this field.
One of the biggest problems Walid faces is the problem of marketing his work, and by joining the CRAFTS MARKET platform, Waleed is sure that his plan to expand in other places will succeed, and he is happy to be part of the reliable platform that is constantly working to support local artists and provide support and all marketing services for their businesses and products and helping them increase sales.
